Our History

Established by Jessie Koh in March 2014, Konundra Business Advisory is a boutique firm dedicated to supporting business owners in achieving their financial and business goals.

We prioritize providing comprehensive assistance at competitive rates, focusing on practical roadmap development and execution to address the unique challenges prevalent in today’s competitive landscape. Jessie Koh, FCCA, CA Singapore

Jessie brings over 20 years of commercial, business advisory, and corporate finance expertise to the table. Her extensive experience spans a diverse range of assignments, including business reviews, profit enhancements, working capital advisory, and fund-raising activities, among others.

With a background as a CFO in listed companies, Jessie brings a practical approach to driving key business growth initiatives, compliance reporting, treasury functions, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration. At Konundra, she specializes in providing CFO and Transaction Support Services, leveraging her experience to guide clients towards financial success.

Before establishing Konundra, Jessie served as a CFO in SGX Main Board-listed companies and held the position of Associate Director (Business Advisory) at one of Singapore’s largest accounting and business advisory groups. She holds fellow membership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Choo Boon Tiong, Non-Executive Chairman

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Boon Tiong has held numerous senior positions, including Managing Director of a regional non-bank financial institution listed on SGX Mainboard. He has also served on the board of the International Factors Group SCRL (Belgium), a global association of banks and financial institutions involved in receivables financing, where he held the position of Chairman of its Asian Chapter.

Since 2004, Boon Tiong has remained actively engaged with businesses, particularly small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), through his financial and management consultancy, Kyra Capital Pte Ltd. Additionally, he has invested in companies offering HR-related services.

In addition to his personal investments, Boon Tiong serves on the boards of several other companies, either as an independent or non-executive director. His wealth of experience makes him an invaluable resource for assisting our clients in strategic business planning and working capital advisory.
